I received this very good piece, it bothers on health.Know your status always and go for checks!!!!
Am not trying to sound holier than thou, am writing to those of my friends who come out every Sunday to testify how God has given them good health, not that am saying one shouldn't be grateful but before you give that testimony, let me ask you a serious question. When last did you go to hospital to check yourself? Do you know what your blood pressure looks like? How about your sugar levels? Do you know if you are at risk for a heart attack, hypertension, diabetics, cancer etc? Well if your answer is yes, congrats you are free to testify but if your answer is no, think and act before giving your testimony because you may be standing on a time ticking bomb waiting to explode.
